Evaluate
Evaluate Mortgage Intelligence on mortgage work.
Use a synthetic, sample, de-identified, or appropriately controlled historical file. Compare the system's outputs against outcomes your team already understands. No NDA is required to start the conversation, no sales sequence, and nothing installed.
Two ways in
Start with our files, or with yours
Most people start with the first. It costs you nothing and shows you the same thing.
The sequence
Eight steps, agreed before the session rather than argued afterwards
- 01
Agree on file type, program and scope
Which loan programs, which rule set, which documents.
- 02
Agree on the privacy and security boundary
What material is used, under what agreement, and where it is processed.
- 03
Process the file
Delivered into a tracked session and run end to end.
- 04
Review the extracted evidence
Every value with the page it came from and its confidence.
- 05
Review what passed, failed, required data, or did not apply
Four states, never two.
- 06
Take one finding apart end to end
Source, fact, context, policy version, calculation, finding, evidence, disposition.
- 07
Compare with known QC outcomes
Your recorded findings are the answer key. Where we disagree, your reviewer adjudicates.
- 08
Record gaps and follow-up
Misses, false alerts, time. Three numbers, agreed in advance, computed together.
Questions we expect
Ask these before you spend time on a session
If the answers are not satisfactory, the session is not worth your afternoon. We would rather you asked now.
What runs in production today, and what is still being built? We will answer this specifically rather than in general terms, and we will not describe a roadmap item in the present tense. The current capability matrix.
What have you measured? We do not publish an accuracy percentage, because we have not measured one against a stated document set that we could defend. We will tell you what we have tested, on what, and what we have not. A number without a method behind it is worth less than that answer.
What happens to our borrower documents? Answered on the security and data page before you ask. Short version: they are not training data, a third-party model does the reading, retention is contractual.
Who does the work on our side? One person who knows your QC standard, for about two hours across the session and the follow-up. We do the configuration.
What does it cost? The session and the first evaluation are unpaid. Beyond that, pricing is not a per-page fee: it reflects cloud and model consumption plus the engineering to configure your programs and rule sets, and we put a number and its basis in writing before you commit to anything.
What can three to five files tell us? Whether a larger evaluation is worth authorizing. Not portfolio accuracy, and we will not present it as though it did.

Tell us what you review
Two lines is enough. Tell us the file types you would bring and what you would want measured. A named person who knows the product replies with times.
